Terms and Conditions for Language Tuition

All course fees must be settled in advance.
Tuition time to exceed travel time.
Cancellations for single lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the lesson will be counted as taken.
Cancellation or postponement of intensive courses must be made in writing to Foreign Language Services and must be received at least seven days prior to the original day of booking, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.
No refund will be made after the course has started and the credit of tuition has to be taken within twelve months.
